The large painting in the foyer is a performance of things left behind. The dancers have already gone, but the curtain has not yet come down. In the performers' absence, the props have secretly taken on their physicality. Now they're moving with their energy. The walls and floor are dissolving. It's their big moment.

The small theater scenes in the foyer and the passageway are dance pieces staged by things themselves. Constellations that are surprising to us seem perfectly obvious to them.

What lights, songs, books and pictures move you? Perhaps it's you we mean when we think: Someone danced beautifully last night.
